Fort zombie how do you heal

This assigns the survivor to the raiding party with Ben. If assigned to go out on an away mission, survivors other than Ben cannot perform any other task that day.

This assigns the survivor to repair the Base generator, which degrades with use. This task uses the Mechanical skill, with a higher skill getting more work completed in a day than a survivor with a lower or non—existent skill.

To repair a generator requires a total of 50 mechanical points. This assigns the survivor to Upgrade a Barricade that has been placed in your Fort and already been completed.

This task uses the Carpentry and Metal-Working skills, with a higher skill getting more work completed in a day than a survivor with a lower or non—existent skill. Between missions you can enter into your base and move around it via the Fort tab in the Base Manager.

Using this lets you set up where you'd like barricades created, traps set and windows boarded over. In the top right of the screen are some icons for Barricades, Traps and Survivor placement. Click on any fort construction task in the survivor window to see how many points of carpentry , mechanical , metal-working , electrical , etc.

This way you will know which skills are needed for a particular construction — especially traps. Move to an area where you'd like a barricade placed and select the Barricade button. You will get to choose the type of barricade as well as it's size and strength. A small barricade is quicker to build, but easier for zombies to crawl over or bash down.

Larger barricades are harder for zombies to overwhelm, but take longer to build and ultimately that means you can't build as many before the Big Fight. Once you've selected a barricade, a phantom version will appear, allowing you to maneuver it around until it is exactly where you want it, then click to confirm its placement. Important note. You will come across family members, they will teach eachother skills and if you have already rescued one of thier family they will always join you.

All mission runs have a compass that lead you vaguely in the right direction, you will have to run right around the building to make sure thats where it is pointing sometimes to be sure. Just because you go on a survivor run that doesnt mean you cant stil find loot in places like gun shops etc.. Supply and weapon missions dont have any survivors End day: Click this red tab to end the current day, work doesnt really get done during the day they like to work during the night apparently.

How much health was healed, due to treatment or just good old sleep, skills you worked on and gained levels, tasks you set that gained progess or completed and ofcourse new rumours that give you your next days missions. Ex from the manual; I am on the run and about to fire an M at medium range. My M skill is 12, my Assault weapon skill is 25 and my Finesse attribute is When i pull the trigger, the game will calculate a deviation cone based on my skill total, the weapon behavior and will take into account i am moving.

And also how easily he will hit you. Ex i am armed with a sword and fighting a zombie. Stats: Read the manual for explaination, ill just go over quickly what they apply to and reccomended skill level you could take.

Smarts: Applied to the equation for many of the skills, some ex's are; carpentry, first aid, interation interation of around is needed to successfully rescue some stubborn survivors, if you have a low smarts and interation skill they will say "no thanks people like you get people killed" Having it around is alright, anything lower then 15 and u might feel it.

Power: Ive never actually seen any result from this skill, supposed to stop rot from happening zombie infection still i wouldnt go any lower then Speed: I have always kept this at 20 on my different playthroughs, its enough to keep you jogging away and keeping distance, having it at 30 doesnt increase that speed but hardly worth it, there are more important attributes you need.

Toughness: How much damage you can take etc and also how long you can run while sprinting stamina. I always take depending on what class i roll. Finesse: 30 plus for this one, needed badly to help increase accuracy with weapons. Character Creation: Here is where you pick what profession and skills your character has, he is always Ben Riley though. Each class has a different load out of attribute and skill points relevent to thier professions.

You can deduct some of the skills and add it to others but all the skills have a certain amount you can take then you cant take anymore from that skill. After your done click on 'next' and you then choose what difficulty setting you want to play on, which is represented by the different types of Forts, in order of difficulty, Police Station, Prison, School. Then click 'Done' and you get a load screen and start playing the game!

This gun is really bad even with a high pistol skill, but youll have to use it unless you wanna risk melee combat. Which is good one on one, but thats it or youll take too much damage even with a very high melee weapon skill From here you need to make it to your Fort, location is indicated by compass.

Every loading screen that brings you into town for supplies will random- ize the enitre map, that includes what buildings are where, thier contents and where the zombies are.

Front door is always locked, with almost always 2 army zombies with assualt weapons inside more on these later and a few at the back entrance to make things even harder for you.

Always a good chance of finding the powerful M4 assualt weapon, its ammo, and less likely to find M16 and a katana or broadsword. Their fridge doesnt have much more then milk so dont get your hopes up thier. Haymans Sporting store- i think thats it or i just made it up.

You'll notice it by the big red poster at the front and back of the building. Its a sporting store so always check two places.

Dont bother with anything else there, nothing ever shows up unless weapon mission brings you there then you will find something. ALso while your here and need some medical equipment, search the shelf near the back wall that has first aid kits stacked on it if your coming from the front doors. Trigger Guard- Piety's Gun store.

This place always changes searching objects, things you want to search is the desk with the pistol sized weapon sitting on- top. That includes being able to save your game. You achieve this by going on several random missions each day to pick up survivors, supplies or weapons. I managed to pick up a survivor but the process reminded me why I hate escort missions in most games. My core beef with the game is that the controls make the game awkward to play, which undermines any fun that might be there in running and gunning.

As I feared, Kerberos rushed it for Halloween and released a barely playable game. I already read that there were some missing items in the release that should make it into the patch. I really want to support Kerberos since it will only help North Star release in better condition.

Still, its hard to support them as long as Fort Zombie remains in such poor shape. A few of us over at Octopus Overlords picked it up and posted our impressions over there if anyone wants to see some more opinions. Good info, Sepiche. As I suspected, the tidal wave of good games recently and soon to be released has dropped this one way down on my list.

It would be a ratings bonanza, I tells ya! I posted some detailed thoughts about the game over at Gaming Trend. I got to spend some serious time with this game over the weekend.

I finished my first scenario with took about 15 hours total. Now that I got the gameplay down I could probably do a full scenario in about 10 hours. You spent the majority of your time running missions. Each mission lasts about minutes. The maps are randomly generated and will have a single goal of finding a spot on the map that will contain a survivor, a guns and ammo stash, or other supplies for your fort like food, fuel, med supplies, and building material.

The maps are big and contain way more zombies than you could ever kill. Ammo is scarce. Using loud guns tends to attract lots more zombies than you would like.

So you run, hide, rest, and pick your battles. The zombies are tough. Survivors on the Raiding Party can be healed mid- mission provided the following criteria are met:. The survivor assigned to the team medic role will be either Ben if he is alone in the party, or the survivor with the highest First Aid skill.

Note: As you encounter and recruit new survivors, your designated team medic may change automatically if the new recruits have better First Aid skill. Fort Zombie Wiki Explore. Character Attributes Combat in Fort Zombie.
